George Perez
President / Qualifier
George brings more than 30 years of construction experience and has led Geordis as president and qualifier since 2017. His background includes hospital departments, medical offices and the original medical-center renovation and addition at Ocean Reef during his time with OHL-Arellano. At Geordis, he directs construction and gives clients direct access to ownership.
Giuseppe “Pino” Aprano
Superintendent / Field Operations
Pino leads day-to-day field operations, coordinating trades, inspections, site protection and quality control. He brings more than 40 years of experience in operations, purchasing and sales leadership, including business ownership, with a practical understanding of procurement, vendor contracts and logistics.
Roberto Avila
Assistant Superintendent / Field Support
Roberto works alongside Pino to support daily field coordination, site protection and housekeeping. He helps maintain field records and follow through on punch-list items, supporting an organized jobsite and the details required to bring work to completion.
Maribel Hernandez
Project Coordinator / Document Control
Maribel brings 25 years of management experience and a BA in Administration. Her background includes regional operations, team leadership, budget oversight and construction project coordination. At Geordis, she keeps project records, RFIs, submittals and procurement follow-up organized between the office, field and project partners.
Martha Werner
Project Administration / Accounting
Martha brings 20 years of executive support and operations experience and a BBA from Florida International University. Her background includes managing sales and installation teams. At Geordis, she oversees accounting, job-cost and payment records, reconciliations, and insurance and bond tracking.
Ruben Perez
Project Assistant
Ruben brings a background in business leadership and property management, with experience coordinating vendors and contractors, managing budgets and overseeing property maintenance. At Geordis, he applies that experience to project organization, follow-up and communication between the office and field, supporting the team throughout construction.
